The treatment is causing hair shedding, is this normal?

Our treatment plans are designed to work deep in your scalp to get the micro environment conducive to normal healthy follicular activity and hair growth. We also need allow time for follicular miniaturisation to reverse and your hair cycles to normalise.
Initially, your scalp and hair will go through an adjustment stage where you may experience more than usual hair shedding; don’t let this discourage you. This can be expected, it is a sign that the treatment is starting to take effect where older weaker hairs shed for newer healthier hair.
